RETURN & EXCHANGES

Return or exchange of your purchase is now more fuss-free than ever. 
You can choose to drop off the items you'd wish to return or exchange in store or a complimentary courier pick up service*. 

We hope it will give you the assurance to experience our curation of independent labels from all over the world, all of whom need a little respite during this time. And of cos, worry free to try our own nana & bird collection.

*Not applicable for purchase of sale or promo items. 

How do I return/ exchange my order?

  1. Pack your order into the original packaging
  2. Email us at enquiries@nanaandbird.com with the reason for return and preferred day to pick up the package
  3. Our courier service will pick up the package from you at your stipulated time 
  4. Or, simply let us know that you will drop it off in store
  5. The value will be refunded to you in store credit

How much time do I have to return/ exchange my order?

You can do so within 14 days from when you receive your order. 

Choose to either exchange or return the purchased item(s). 

When will I receive the exchange item?

We will strive to send it back to you within the next 5 working days. However, we would seek your patience during this time, as we work with trusted courier partners to do so safely and promptly.

What happens if I return an item?

Kindly note we do not allow cash refunds. If you like to return an item, a store credit will be issued to your account.

The store credit expires in 12 months and can be used in store and online.

If you do find any defects in the product, do write to us at <enquiries@nanaandbird.com> so we can facilitate a refund.

What if it is a sale item?

Kindly note that we do not allow for any exchange or refund for store credit for items on sale.
